Bending technology for linear LED systems
Bending technology enables the formation of continuous light lines in the horizontal and vertical planes, while maintaining uniform profile geometry and light emission continuity. This solution allows for the creation of arcs with a constant radius and curved elements that fit into the geometry of the interior or architectural structure.
The LED profile bending process is carried out while maintaining specific minimum bending radii, depending on the profile design and the direction of forming. In the case of vertical profile bending, it is possible to shape the light line with emission directed inward or outward from the curvature, which allows for precise adjustment of the Lighting effect to the design specifications.
The use of a dedicated BASIC FLEX diffuser allows for bending in the horizontal plane while maintaining stable optical parameters and uniform luminance along the entire length of the profile. This solution allows for the design of curved Lighting systems while maintaining visual consistency, geometry control, and repeatability of execution.
IP54 tightness with TERRA cover
TERRA cover is a specialized diffuser for LED profiles, manufactured using co-extrusion technology, which ensures increased tightness in IP54 class.
Thanks to this design, the cover effectively protects the LED strip against water and moisture penetration, allowing safe use of profiles with the TERRA cover in areas exposed to direct contact with water.
The technology used eliminates the need to silicone the cover itself, which significantly reduces installation time, simplifies the installation process, and improves the aesthetics of the finish. In addition, this solution provides trouble-free access to the LED strip in case of servicing or replacement, without compromising the tightness of the system.
